Bespoke Timber Benches & Seats

Concept designs were modelled and rendered to support initial discussions and presentations with the client. Subsequently the design was revised following recommendations. A more detailed set of models were created to highlight further issues and account for its bespoke nature. Detailed costing then followed for one of the units which was then prorated across the scheme and variety of units varying in size. The revised costings were used to formalise a final tender before converting to an order.

Anecdotally, one of the most prestigious projects that Gary and I worked on, and who’s efforts were instrumental in the company securing the business, was the bespoke seating and benches for Manchester Town Hall Albert Square.
